Horng Shin Solid State High Frequency Welder contains five main parts
- (A) LOW VOLTAGE TRANSFORMER
- (B) D. C. CASE
- (C) HIGH FREQUENCY WELDER
- (D) COOLING SYSTEMF
- (E) OPERATION PANEL
(A) Low voltage transformer
The input voltage falls below the working voltage of 180V.
(B)D. C. CASE
A. C. power to SCR rectifier and then transforms as D. C power. The input voltage of D. C power can affect to the frequency output. Including SCR rectifier、Overload protection and Phase control circuit.
(C)HIGH FREQUENCY WELDER
Solid state high frequency welder is implanting a MOSFET system which is using single chip control system.
The generator is combined with a single circuit; it can assure high power efficiency output.
The working frequency is from 200KHZ to 450KHZ. Including Filter circuit、Matching system、Resonance
oscillation circuit and Module.
Cooling system is used to reduce the heat generated within welding in order to maintain the welder at safe working temperature.
To adapt PLC control system and display fault diagnosis and solutions quickly.
